Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- The items are unused and in their original packaging, and the items are not stitched, or
- The product is defective.
Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order to our address and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under the following conditions:
- The products are not stitched and are in their original condition and packaging, or the products are found to be defective.
- The products have been shipped back to us by the customer. The return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund requests will only be entertained within 14 days after receiving the orders.
- International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. The exact amount paid in PKR will be refunded.
Note: No refunds will be entertained until we have received the ordered items back to our office address: Shop: 83 - B1, Ghalib Road, Ghalib Market, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled on request.
Refusing to accept shipped orders may result in a ban from our store.

The dress is just OK, as per price & compared to the market paying such amount is not worth it. Sequence is not finely embedded into the thread’s & fabric, embellishments are so loose that they almost fell off till the dress delivered to you, no proper packaging of dresses for delivery. I ordered them with huge confidence but got disappointed to see my dress.
Stitching is completely rough & completely wrong sizes, shoulders matched L size, waist matches M size.I had to send my dress to my tailor to alter in right size so that I can wear it at least.
No support compensation for customer , poor customer care.
I ordered one of their dress named Gul Mohr. It is simply amazing in its styling and all the details they provide. Timely response. Keep all my requirements and demands upto mark. Highly satisfied with Akbar Aslam designs, details and stuff. Will shop their designs soon
