Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible in the following cases:
- The items are unused and in their original packaging, and the items are not stitched, or
- The product is defective.
Refunds Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order to our address and receive a full refund within 7 days of receiving the parcel, under the following conditions:
- The products are not stitched and are in their original condition and packaging, or the products are found to be defective.
- The products have been shipped back to us by the customer. The return shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- Refund requests will only be entertained within 14 days after receiving the orders.
- International refunds will be processed in PKR. Due to fluctuations in the USD exchange rate, the refunded amount may differ from the original payment. The exact amount paid in PKR will be refunded.
Note: No refunds will be entertained until we have received the ordered items back to our office address: Shop: 83 - B1, Ghalib Road, Ghalib Market, Gulberg III, Lahore, Pakistan.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders that have not been shipped can be canceled on request.
Refusing to accept shipped orders may result in a ban from our store.

Good evening, I am unsatisfied with the quality of the product delivered. The actual product displays fine work with a really nice fabric but the quality of the dress delivered is subpar. I was confirmed the actual dress has an organza fabric but the one that I got was some cheap net with v untidy work. I was trying to commit to this brand for my wedding formals but in my experience I am extremely underwhelmed. I really dislike how the net fabric sits on top of the cotton fabric in real product. When in photoshoot is something completely different. It may not matter to some people but I am very very disappointed. It’s super messy and untidy in real life.
