Do you do discounts?

For discounted items please visit our sales page. The prices mentioned on the website are fixed and we don't entertain any discount requests on calls or messages.

Do you offer Stitching Option?

We offer stitching options on order. Check product page for stitching options. . Urgent order request may be entertained with extra charges but only if its possible for us.

What is your Refund Method?

You will have to send back the parcel to our head office with same packaging that it came with. You will add a note which contains your Name, Order No, Contact and reason for return. After the parcel is received by us and proper inspection is done, you will be refunded your order amount within 7 days.

What is your Exchange Method?

You will have to send back the parcel to our head office with same packaging that it came with. You will add a note which contains your Name, Order No, Contact and reason for return. If you want exchange then mention exchange design name. Some designs may be out of stock, so please coordinate with us before sending. If your required design is available then it will be shipped the next day once your parcel is received by us.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we ship to all corners of the world where DHL or FedEx exists. Shipping charges will be shown on checkout page after adding address information. Any import duties/taxes in the receiving country will be born by customer.

UK 🇬🇧: No Tax or Import Duties. Parcels will be shipped from local UK center with new reduced shipping rate.
US 🇺🇸: No Taxes or Import duties up till $800. Small Tax after that.
